Multi-phased meticulously sequenced in-place renovation of main hospital facility kitchen and servery areas totaling over 30,000sf.
In-place renovation of the 14,000sf main kitchen including several walk-in coolers and freezers, grill/fryer/steamer/oven cooking lines, and flight-type dish washing room. MEP systems included all new exhaust and makeup air systems, new electrical infrastructure, along with the highly coordinated connection details for the nearly 150 item kitchen equipment package.
Following the kitchen renovation, the servery and dishwashing spaces on the floor above were also fully renovated in place featuring grill, pizza, salad, deli, and specialty serving lines. The renovation also included a new dishwashing, trash handling, and POS areas, as well as upgrades to the seating area.
